Who reads your message?

PlainMedicare is operated by Kiznis Studio, an independent data-engineering studio in Lithuania. The studio is solo-operated, so your message is read by the person who builds and runs the site, working with AI tools to check reports against the files.

How do you report a figure that looks wrong?

Send the page address, the figure, and what you believe it should be, with a link to where you saw the other value (Medicare Plan Finder, the plan's Annual Notice of Change or Evidence of Coverage). If the CMS file says the same as the page, we tell you so and point you to the official record; if the page is wrong, it is fixed and listed on the corrections page.

Where do privacy requests go?

Requests about your data go to the same address; the privacy page explains what the site's tools store and what you can ask for.

What can PlainMedicare not help with?

PlainMedicare cannot enroll you, change your plan, see your account or answer for an insurer. For your own coverage, call your plan (the number is on your card) or 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), or use Medicare.gov. Free one-on-one help is available from your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
